In Loving Memory of Laurette Kuzemchuk, age 83, who passed away on June 24, 2010 at the Meno Ya Win Health Centre – 5th Ave Site.
Laurette Kuzemchuk is survived by her husband Mike, and her children Brian and Don. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 sisters and 1 brother.
Friends will be received at the Sioux Lookout Funeral Home Chapel on Sunday June 27, 2010 from 6:30 p.m – 8:30 p.m. with prayers at 7 p..m.
Funeral Services for the late Laurette Kuzemchuk will be held at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church on Monday June 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. with Father Mike Mahoney officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment of ashes at a later date.
