Law School Closer to Reality

The Law Society of Upper Canada has granted permission to Lakehead
University to move forward with a proposed law school.
LU President Fred Gilbert says the school will open up new
opportunities for Northern students and will have a Northern curriculum.
The school still needs approval from the Province and National
Federation of Law Societies.
