Layoffs start today

Some 350 Weyerhaeuser employees have begun a week off the job.
THose who work oin the D-1 paper machine will be off until next Monday while crews on the D-2 unit are laid off from today til May 12th.
The layoffs were made necessary by what the company says is a high inventory & low orders for fine paper products.
