Youth may not be getting their fair chances at job opportunities in Ontario.
Liberal Leadership Candidate Kathleen Wynne says she has talked to youth throughout the province on the issue.
One of her concerns is that youth say they don’t have the chance to be exposed to a number of job opportunities.
She would like to work with industries and labour to establish internships or co-op positions so that when students come out of school, they are exposed to the industry.
Wynne adds that her platform for leadership also includes Northern infrastructure, better education for aboriginal students, and a Northern cabinet committee.
