A Dryden man has been fined $300 for killing a bull moose
without a valid tag North of the City.
The 31-year-old originally appeared in court to answer the charge in
2002 however the case was dismissed.
The Crown appealed the decision but it wasn’t heard until last month.
The man appeared in court nearly 20-times and because of the delays
and the hunter’s cooperation the fine was dropped from the normal
$1,500.
Lengthy Court Case
