Leo Beyer (March 13, 1920 – August 11, 2012)
It is with great sadness that the family of Leo Beyer announce his passing on August 11, 2012 at the age of 92.
Leo was predeceased by his wife Mary.
He is survived by his daughter Silvia and her husband Glenn Scheibler of Dryden, sister Lillian Figal of Winnipeg and by grandchildren Deana (Michael)Denis of Thunder Bay and Ashley (Karsen)Apland of Dryden and my many nieces and nephews. Leo will also be missed by Chris, Landon and Jacob Bilous who adopted him as their special Grampa.
Visitation for Leo Beyer will be held at the Dryden Community Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday August 14, 2012 from 6:00-8:00pm.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday August 15, 2012 at 2:00pm at the Vermilion Bay United Church with Pastor James Wood officiating.
Interment to follow at the Waldhof Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Leo’s memory to the Second Chance Network through the Dryden Community Funeral Home 249 Grand Trunk Ave. Dryden, ON P8N 2X3.
