Grand Chief of Treaty #3 Leon Jourdain calls it an ambitious vision.
A long list of priorities for the next 4 years has been approved.
Re-elected last month, Jourdain says goals include improved communication and exerting more influence over Natural Resources in the Region.
He’s also eager to build a new relationship with the Feds under a Paul Martin regime.
