LHIN Supports Health Services

The Northwest Local Health Integration Network has announced
$1.9-million to increase access to community health services across
the region.
Some of the money will go towards long term or community based service
for patients who no longer need acute hospital care.
The funding will also be used to assign community care access centre
case managers to Hospital emergency departments and to enhance emergency
management programs.
