Liberal Leader Speaks in Thunder Bay

The Liberals are vowing to provide more support to area First Nations.
Speaking in Thunder Bay on Monday, Leader Michael Ignatieff says if he’s elected Prime Minister, he’ll put more money towards First Nation education.
Ignatieff also vowed to help improve First Nation water conditions.
Pikangikum and Attawapiskat First Nation recently called a state of emergency because of a lack of clean drinking water.
Ignatieff is also painting his party as the champion of FedNor.
He says the Liberals would help provide programs that would stimulate the Northern economy.
