Finance Minister Jim Flaherty will deliver the Minority Government’s budget Tuesday afternoon.

The Federal Government is expected today to announce a $13-billion surplus which has spurred talk in Ottawa on what should happen next.
John McKay is the Chair of the Liberal Economic Prosperity Caucus and says the money should be invested in local infrastructure, tourism, manufacturing and forestry sectors.
McKay says $3 billion should be used to pay down the debt.
McKay, a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Finance, was in Dryden last week.
If the budget doesn’t pass, Canadians could face another election.
