The Chair of the not-for-profit Lifelease project in Dryden says about
half of the apartments are spoken for.
The proposed 4-storey seniors complex would be located south of the
Hospital and would be fully accessible.
Mel Fisher says he’s still hoping for a 2007 construction start but notes
early 2008 is more realistic.
Pineridge Terrace would include a covered garage, common areas and a
large balcony for each apartment.
Fisher says 20-local residents recently toured the new complex in Kenora and were impressed with the
project.
