Light the Ball Diamonds Campaign Continues

The push is on to bring the 2009 Western Canadian Boys Fastball
Championship to Dryden.
The catch, the Sandy Beach Ball Diamonds must be illuminated, putting
extra importance on the ‘Light our Ball Diamonds‘ campaign.
President Greg McKinnon says a major fundraising drive is underway.
McKinnon says a lighted field would inject millions into the local
economy and attract major national tournaments.
The cost of the project is pegged at just over $310,000 and
a major fundraising campaign is well underway.
McKinnon addressed Dryden Rotary Wednesday.
