Lightning Lights Up the Sky and Causes Some Concer

Over 10,000 lightning strikes were reported across the Northwest region last night.
MNR Information Officer Travis Moffatt says they are checking for fires in the Sioux Lookout and Fort Frances areas.
Moffatt says after the recent thunderstorms there still are some dry pockets in the area and the fire hazard stands at moderate.
