Liz Sandals Meets With School Board Officials In Sioux Lookout

Provincial Education Minister Liz Sandals is getting a first hand look at issues educators are facing in northwestern Ontario.
She was in Sioux Lookout today.
Sandals says she wanted to see what was going on in the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board.
Sandals met with senior staff to learn more about the challenges facing area schools.
She notes the visit also gave her a chance to see how education is handled in the northwest.
Sandals took part in the official opening of the new Cultural Room at Sioux Mountain Public School this morning.
