Local MP Not Supporting Budget Bill

A northwestern Ontario MP isn’t happy the Harper government has brought forward yet another massive budget bill.
Thunder Bay-Rainy River’s John Rafferty says it contains changes to a number of acts that should be dealt with separately.
Rafferty expects limited debate on the bill as the Conservatives push for implementation as quickly as possible.
The NDP member says introduction of the 450-page document last week only goes against what Harper thought of such bills before becoming Prime Minister.
