A Dryden eatery has been hit hard in court.
Ristorante Pizza was fined a total of $15,625 after a guilty plea on a charge of Failing to Properly maintain Equipment.
The charge was laid by the Ministry of Labour following an explosion of a pizza oven in April of last year.
An employee suffered minor injuries in the mishap.
Ristorante has 2 years to pay the fine.
