Local School Board Trustee Stepping Down

A long time School Board Trustee is calling it quits.
Bill Dawes announced that he will not be back in the Fall, when the School Board resumes sitting.
Dawes has been on the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board since it was created 5 years ago and was a Trustee with the old Dryden School Board since 1979.
Dawes is moving to the Okanagen Valley and his seat will remain vacant until this Fall’s elections.
