No change at the top of the Kenora District Services Board.
Lake of the Woods Unincorporated representative Barry Baltessen has been re-elected as Board Chair.
Ignace Mayor Penny Lucas was reappointed as Vice-Chair.
Both votes were unanimous.
Board member and Ear Falls Councillor Dan Sutton says Baltessen enables constructive dialogue and builds on the strengths of each of the Directors.
Sutton adds under his leadership, the KDSB has grown both in terms of size and accountability.
Board member and Sioux Lookout Mayor Doug Lawrance says Lucas brings a calm and collaborative voice to the table.
