It was a 4-point weekend for the Rainy River College Women’s Hockey Team.
Red Lake’s Stephanie Desmeules scored a pair of goals and Dryden’s
Megan Pinette added a single as Rainy River downed South Dakota State
University 7-3.
Former Eagle star Melissa Calder picked up the victory.
In the second game, Rainy River outscored South Dakota 5-3, with
Pinette scoring 3-goals.
Desmeules notched the game winner.
Rainy River will be back in action this weekend against the
University of Minnesota-Duluth.
