Over the course of the long weekend, Dryden Police made 7-arrests for
alcohol related offences and laid nine charges.
On Saturday morning, officers stopped a car on Cecil Avenue and an
investigation revealed that the driver didn’t have a licence.
Police also laid charges for driving under suspension and having open
liquor in a vehicle.
Early Sunday morning, officers were called to the Patricia Inn.
Police and OPP arrived and noticed several large groups of intoxicated
people yelling and taunting each other to fight.
The crowd eventually dispersed with no incident.
