Looking Like A Comfortable Canada Day

It’s shaping up to be a good Canada Day!

CKDR Meterologist Bill Laidlaw says the region is looking at a warm day, with a fair amount of afternoon cloud cover brought on by moist air.

Laidlaw says they aren’t looking at any severe weather, and firework shows should go off without a hitch.

He notes the northern parts of the region may see some rain.

Looking ahead to Independence Day for our American friends, Laidlaw says Saturday should be very warm and humid, with no severe weather.
