If you’re a dragonfly enthusiast you will want to take part in “Dragonfly Day” at the Lions Park in Emo on Sunday, July 17th.
The unique event is part of the 2005 Great Lakes Odonata Meeting being held in the Rainy River District starting July 15th.
Spokesperson Bill Morgenstern notes besides eating mosquitoes, dragonflies play an important role in the ecosystem.
