Two Lakehead University professors are comparing the creator of a popular ’90s tv show to Shakespeare.
Philosophy Professor Douglas Rabb and English Prof Michael Richardson have penned a new book about Joss Whedon, the man behind Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
They say the book argues Whedon is the Shakespeare of our time, adding the show is notorious for making refrences to plays like Macbeth. They say the purpose of the book is to help people understand both Shakespeare and Whedon.
