An Atikokan man was a big winner at last week’s 22nd Annual Northern Ontario Business Awards.
Jeremy Dickson received the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
The 32-year-old purchased half of the family business, Canoe Canada, 8-years-ago.
The company has 4-outdoor tourism businesses under it’s umbrella and the Tip Top Lodge on Sanford Lake has been hailed by the Globe and Mail as one of the North’s premier tourism resorts.
Canoe Canada also owns 14-outpost cabins and runs about 900-people a year to the camps.
