Major Crash Sends 5 to Hospital

Five people were injured following a 2-vehicle collision on Highway 71 near Sioux Narrows Sunday afternoon.
OPP say a northbound vehicle lost control on the icy roads and slid across the centre line striking a southbound car.
4-people, including a 6-month old infant were all transported to Lake of the Woods Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A female passenger is in Winnipeg Hospital with serious injuries.
The driver of the northbound vehicle has been charged with careless driving.
No names have been released.
