Major Drug Bust in Kenora

A significant bust for the Region’s Tri-Forces Drug Unit.
Tuesday, Officers executed a search warrant on a Kenora-area Motel
and uncovered 3 pounds of marihuana and a folding knife that was
concealed on one of the suspects.
Today, Police arrested a 39-year-old male and a 26-year-old female both
of no fixed address.
The street value of the seized drugs is pegged around $27,000.
The first court appearance for the pair is set for Friday.
