Major Drug Bust

Its being hailed as one of the most significant drug seizures ever in Northwestern Ontario.
OPP say first nation police in Longlac stopped a speeding vehicle on Highway 11 yesterday morning.
Police say a search of the vehicle resulted in the seizure of more than 250 pounds of marihuana, 17-kilos of cocaine, as well as two other substances that have been sent away for analysis.
OPP say the potential street value of the drugs seized is in excess of 1.3-million dollars.
A 43-year old male is in custody awaiting a bail hearing.
He is facing two possession charges for the purpose of trafficking.
