A 28-year-old man faces charges after Dryden Police were called to an apartment complex regarding someone drinking alcohol and using controlled substances.
Police investigated and discovered that the accused was on conditions as a result of charges laid in Sioux Lookout.
Officers determined he was not abiding by 3-of the conditions.
