Man Arrested in Thunder Bay for Decapitation

A 26-year-old man in Thunder Bay is charged in the decapitation of a Sault Ste. Marie man.
Ronald Albert Mitchell is charged with second-degree murder.
The decapitated body was found in Sault Ste. Marie on January
11th.
Police have yet to formally identify the body.
Mitchell has been in custody in Thunder Bay since Thursday when he was picked up by police for outstanding warrants related to property offences.
