Man Caught for Not Complying with Conditions

A 28-year-old man is back in trouble with the law in Dryden.
Officers spotted the man outside a downtown bar last weekend.
Police say the man was known to be on conditions as a result of a charge of assaulting police laid last December.
Police say Leroy Fiddler jumped into a cab, which was eventually stopped on First Street.
Fiddler was arrested for failing to comply with the curfew condition as well as a promise to not consume alcohol.
