A New Osnaburgh First Nations man faces charges after he refused to go quietly.
Pickle Lake Provincial Police were called to Casuals Convenience Store on Saturday evening to deal with a drunk individual.
Police say the accused resisted arrest and damaged a police cruiser.
OPP say 44-year-old Ralph Spade has been charged with resisting arrest, mischief, causing a disturbance and being intoxicated in a public place.
No one was hurt in the incident.
