A 22 year old man has been charged in connection with a boating accident on Lake of the Woods that claimed two lives
eaarlier this summer.
Sheldon Tuesday has been charged with two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of impaired operation of a vessel causing death.
Back on June 15th, four people were fishing near Morson when the boat they were in struck something in the water.
All four people ended up in the water.
Two people managed to make it to shore using floating cushions.
The other two people drowned.
The bodies of 16 year old Cain Comegan and 20 year old Randy Mandamin were found after a search by the O.P.P.’s Marine Unit.
Tuesday is scheduled to appear in court on September 25th.
