Man Fined for Illegal Building on Lake of the Wood

A Winnipeg man has been fined a total of $9,000 for illegally building in the Clearwater Bay area.
Ian Rentz was fined $1,000 for constructing a building without a work permit.
He was also fined $4,000 for continuing construction after receiving a stop work order from the Ministry of Natural Resources and another $4,000 for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of a work permit.
