Man Pepper Sprayed

Dryden Police are charging a 38-year-old with breach of probation and resisting arrest.
Police say they were called to a home on Casimir Avenue where a man was acting strangely and refused to leave.
When the accused was approached by Police he allegedly became violent and had to be subdued with pepper spray.
Police say Roland Gardner will appear in Court at a later date.
