Manhunt Ends In Nipigon Area

The search is over for a wanted man in the Nipigon area.
Provincial Police received a report of a suspicious man around 1 o’clock this afternoon and officers arrested the accused without incident.
The man has been on the lam since October 11th when he failed to stop for police.
He was driving a car stolen from Alberta, with licence plates that were stolen from Dryden.
OPP say 50-year-old Richard Phillip Marcia of Barrie has been charged with flight from police, dangerous driving, 2-counts of possession of stolen property as well as break, enter and theft.
He will appear in court tomorrow.
