Marie (North) Caren
After a courageous battle with cancer, in the early hours of April 8, 2008, Marie took her last breath to be with our Lord. She passed away in Thunder Bay on the hospice unit at St. Joseph’s Care Group. She was able to hug, kiss and say goodbye to her beloved husband, her children and grandchildren and for this we are forever thankful. We wish all of our family and friends to be present to celebrate mom’s life. The memorial service will be held Thursday, May 15th at 2:00 pm at St. Luke’s Anglican Church in Dryden.
Should friends desire, donations to the CT Scan Fund in Dryden may be made through the Stevens Funeral Homes “Moffat Chapel”, P.O. Box 412, Dryden, ON P8N 2Z1. This would enable patients in Dryden early diagnosis and eliminate the stress of travel. We are thankful for the outpouring of love towards dad and our family in our time of grieving. We would also like to thank Dr. Davis, Dr. Migary and all the hospice staff for the amazing care that mom received. Thank-you to all the staff at the Cancer Centre in Thunder Bay, here in Dryden, as well as the home care nurses for all the loving care and support you provided mom over the years.
