Marion Louise Prouty

In loving memory of Marion Louise Prouty who passed away at her residence in Princess Court, on Sunday, February 2, 2003. Marion is survived be her children; Ralph of Oxdrift, Ross of Duncan, B.C., Bill of Thunder Bay, Betty Wilson and Elaine Riehl of Duncan, B.C., Mavis Woods of Dryden, Christine Leroux of Vernon, B.C., Lois Bassarowich of Lethbridge, Alberta, and Heather Prouty of Duncan B.C. Also surviving are 17 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandaughter. Marion will also be missed by her brother Jack Venus of Kenora, sisters Peggy Ernewein and Ruth Murdick of Dryden, Garnet Jones of Keewatin and her little dog Murphy. Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 4th from 6 until 9 p.m. at the Stevens Funeral Homes, “Moffat Chapel.” Funeral Services for the late Marion Prouty will be held on Wednesday, February 5th at 1:00 p.m. in the Emmanuel Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Foster officiating. Interment will follow in the Dryden Cemetery.
