1925 – 2012

It is with deep sorrow we announce the passing of Marshall Robert Brown on February 4, 2012 with his family at his side.

Marshall is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ines, sons Victor (Deb) and Ron (Barb), by 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, his sister Marion Marcellus as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Marshall was born June 29, 1925 in Dryden to Robert and Dagney Brown and worked and lived in the Eagle River, Vermilion Bay and Dryden area. He served overseas in World War 11 and following the war was a life member of the Royal Canadian Legion. He was also a life member of the Masonic Lodge. He was employed for many years with Alex Wilson Coldstream retiring in 2003 as a Supervisor.

At Marshall’s request cremation will take place and there will be private memorial service and interment of ashes at a later date.
