One Dryden Councilor is openly voicing his opinion on where the City is headed.
Martin MacKinnon says the tires keep spinning and the mud keeps flying but nothing is getting done at the staff and council level.
MacKinnon says decisions are getting weighed down by red tape and he’s tired of listening to debate on issues that should have been dealt with months ago.
MacKinnon says his two years on council have been frustrating, noting he was elected to bring change.
He notes the City has great assests like Centennial Park, the Norwell subdivision and the Dryden Development Corporation and he stresses they aren’t being utilized.
