Where the City of Dryden stands, and what is happening in the future.
That’s what Mayor Greg Wilson discussed with the Dryden Rotary Club at their last meeting.
Wilson believes there are other ways for the City to pay their debt instead of raising property taxes such as holding the province to account and make sure that they properly fund the City of Dryden.
The Mayor also talked about how the next Council and Mayor, whoever they may be, should continue to work towards paying of the City’s debt so they can use more money on infrastructure repair.
He also says he enjoys speaking to the Rotary Club since they have a lot of combined wisdom and they aren’t afraid to ask tough questions.
