Dryden Mayor Anne Krassilowsky is urging the Federal Government to
reconsider its plan to stop funding the Best Start program.
Krassilowsky says the need for more childcare spaces is paramount
right now.
Krassilowsky is also calling for more funding for the Dryden Children’s
Resource Centre, which is currently strapped with a deficit of over $100,000.
She says 160-kids remain on a waiting list.
