Jurisdictional issues continue to delay the Bob McGillvray firearms case.
McGillvray wasn’t in Dryden court today (Monday) when the Defense asked for a 1-month adjournment to June 27th.
The Defense and Crown both say they are trying to sort out the criminal case in Brandon, Manitoba.
McGillvray faces a total of 77-prohibited weapon and firearms charges in both jurisdictions and he has yet to enter a plea.
His next court date in Brandon is June 16th.
