Meeting poorly attended

Was it a lack of promotion or do people just not care?
That is what some are wondering after a poor turnout last nite in Dryden to hear Treaty 3 Chief Leon Jourdaine talk about 1st Nations Governence.
Less than a dozen people turned out to the session.
The Chief lays the blame for the failure last fall of negotiations on the act at the feet of Indian Affairs Minister Bob Nault & thinks the Kenora Rainy River MP could easily get talks back on track by meeting one on one.
At this point in time no such meeting is even being considered.
