Merger Deal Between Ainsworth and Norbord

Ainsworth Lumber is recommending shareholders support a merger deal with Ontario-based Norbord.
The two wood-products companies announced last month they had signed a merger agreement with Norbord acquiring all shares of Ainsworth.
Separate shareholder votes will take place January 27th.
Ainsworth operates a strandboard plant in Barwick.
