The Minister of Northern Development says the northwest
will benefit from Ontario’s fall economic statement.
Michael Gravelle says his parties decision to eliminate
the capital tax for the manufacturing sector will help the
forest industry.

Gravelle notes the economic statement also sets aside $40
million dollars to retrain and re-employ laid-off workers.
