23-year Liberal veteran Michael Gravelle is once again representing Thunder Bay Superior-North.
Gravelle feels a personal connection to the riding allowed him to get elected for the seventh time.
Gravelle says he’s not concerned about being on the opposition side for the first time in years, noting he’s got the experience and the passion to make a difference.
He is also thankful to the leader of his party even as Kathleen Wynne steps down.
Gravelle says he’s grateful for his experience in Cabinet, putting him in a position to do good things for northern Ontario.
Gravelle adds he’ll forge relationships with the new PC government to fight for important projects in our region.
The Liberals only gained seven seats, leaving them one shy of official party status.
