Mild Winter Predicted By Environment Canada

After a frigid 2021 things are looking up this winter for Northwestern Ontario.

Environment Canada has released its outlook for the next few months.

Senior Climatologist David Phillips is predicting a mild season.

Phillips says it doesn’t seem to be a long winter and he’s calling for warmer temperatures and near normal precipitation.
