It appears there will be no labour troubles at the Dryden Mill this
year.
Weyerhaeuser and the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union
have reached a tentative 5-year deal for some 1,200 employees in the
Mill and Woodlands operations.
CEP National Rep John Mcinnes says the contract was reached after
4-months of negotiations.

Workers at the Ear Falls Mill as well as 55 Operating Engineers in
Dryden continue to work on a new contract.
