Finally a home game for the English River Miners.
The Miners are playing their first game at the Cochenour Arena since September 29th as they face the Thunder Bay North Stars for a two game set starting Thursday night.
During a stretch of five games on the road, English River went 1-4, getting out-scored 25-11.
There only win came in a shootout.
The good news is that the Miners are 1-1 at home.
Thunder Bay is 1-2-1 on the road.
It’s an important four points for English River as they are five points behind the fourth place North Stars.
