The English River Miners look to get back on track as they return to home ice Friday night.
The Miners are at the Cochenour Arena to battle the Fort Frances Lakers.
English River is off to a disappointing 0-2 start, after two lopsideded losses to Dryden GM.
The Miners have only scored three goals and have allowed a surprising 18.
They will be without forward Erik Engdahl and goalie Josh Breznik, who are both serving a one game suspension.
